Kicking off with a multi-lot accessibility upgrade, Leeds City Council has advanced lift and accessibility upgrades through two contract awards. Delivery of Stairlift and Specialist Lift Adaptations establishes a £2.68m multi-lot framework with Stannah Lift Services, Ammcass Construction Engineering Group, Terry Group, Wessex Lift, and Pollock Lifts, covering manufacture, installation, maintenance and recycling across domestic and non-housing stock. Separately, Replacement and Refurbished Lifts at Council Blocks 2025-2026 awards £445k to E.A. Foulds for lift replacement and refurbishment across multi-storey and low-rise blocks, improving safety and reliability.

Strengthening long-term compliance programmes, Angus Council has awarded its Annual Servicing and Maintenance of Gas Heating Installations 2025 to 2031 contracts across two lots, strengthening long-term compliance delivery. Lot 1, valued at £2m, is awarded to Sureserve Compliance North (April 2025-March 2027, extendable to 2031), focusing on core gas servicing across housing stock. Lot 2, valued at £412k, is awarded to Richard Irvin FM, providing complementary capacity and contingency to ensure service resilience, continuity of statutory compliance, and mitigation of contractor failure risk.

Addressing urgent fire safety priorities, FRA Remedial Actions (Call-off) awarded by Arun District Council to Ventro at £262k delivers targeted remedial works to communal areas. The contract covers fire doors, alarms, escape routes, and associated compliance measures, forming part of a responsive procurement approach to mitigate risk and enhance resident safety.

Supporting materials supply chains, Supply and Delivery of Plumbing and Heating Materials (Call-off) by East Suffolk Council is awarded to UK Plumbing Supplies at £2.5m. Procured via the EEM framework, the contract ensures consistent provision of essential components for repairs and maintenance works, underpinning efficient service delivery across housing stock.

Concluding with a major development scheme, Beraghvale Development Phase 2 sees Apex Housing Group appoint Lowry Construction under a £21.66m contract. The scheme will deliver 121 new-build social housing units alongside extensive infrastructure, landscaping, and community amenities, representing a significant investment in housing supply and long-term place-making.

A £3m professional services award sees Wolverhampton Homes appoint Jacobs UK to deliver ongoing design support for its housing capital programme, covering RIBA Stages 5 & 6 for major projects under a CCS framework over a 3 year 9 month term.
