Driving forward London regeneration, Merton London Borough Council is progressing with a £666.67m Development and Investment Partner opportunity under the Morden Town Centre Regeneration Programme. Leading the new releases, Pembrokeshire County Council has launched an extensive £85m Minor Works Framework Agreement designed to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance across multiple disciplines including adaptations, electrical, mechanical, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and void refurbishments. The 36-month framework is divided into thirteen lots, covering environmental works, external and specialist building works, property upgrades, fencing, scaffolding, loft insulation, and demolitions—creating broad opportunities for regional and national contractors.
