In parallel, YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation) is inviting suppliers for a £100m Construction Materials Framework, targeting a wide portfolio of products including concrete, aggregates, drainage solutions, and electrical consumables for public sector clients UK-wide over 48 months.
Driving supplier consultations, Amplius is conducting a £41.67m market engagement for the supply and installation of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across East Midlands, East Anglia, and South East, gathering qualitative data to shape their upcoming 48-month tender. Meanwhile, Hillingdon London Borough is preparing a £22m Multi-Lot Window & Door Replacement Programme, segmenting work across North, Central, and South Hillingdon for an initial 3-year term with a potential 2-year extension.
Offering multi-trade opportunities, Renfrewshire Council is launching a 24-month framework for specialist trades contractors, covering electricians, plumbers, roofers, heating engineers, and general builders to deliver reactive repairs, maintenance, and minor projects across the region. Simultaneously, Pembrokeshire County Council is procuring a £2.6m contract over 36 months for comprehensive servicing, repairs, and safety checks of domestic boilers, heating appliances, and alarms across approximately 5,400 properties.
Seeking specialist drainage providers, Wiltshire Council has issued a £1.92m tender for responsive works and services, encompassing maintenance of sewage treatment assets, septic tanks, and pumping stations across its South West housing stock for the next 24 months. Further north, North Lanarkshire Council is inviting bids for a £6m Replacement Controlled Door Entry Systems contract, addressing security door installations, electrical upgrades, external works, and compliance services across diverse housing types in a 24-month contract commencing October 2025.
Rounding off the opportunities, Notting Hill Genesis is pursuing a £10.5m procurement for Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services across North and South Essex. The 36-month contract includes cleaning, window cleaning, gardening, bulk waste collection, and playground maintenance.
