Kicking things off with a national scope, CHIC Limited has unveiled a major pipeline notice valued at £791.67m for a new Lifting Equipment & Mobility Aids Framework 2025–2029. This ambitious UK-wide opportunity is set to deliver vital mobility support across social housing portfolios over a 48-month term. Turning up the energy transition, Procure Plus Holdings Ltd plans to establish a £600m Framework for the Supply of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies. This UK-wide pipeline notice spans four years and supports the push toward net-zero housing by integrating sustainable energy systems across provider portfolios.

Expanding across the southern regions, Aster Group signals two significant pipeline investments. The first is a £495.26m Planned Works 2026 programme covering the South East and South West over 60 months. Complementing this is a £91.57m Mechanical & Electrical Installation Maintenance, Testing, Inspection & Repair contract focused on Greater London, the South East, and South West over the same duration—highlighting a major uplift in regional maintenance and compliance planning. Powering forward with multiple frameworks, Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) introduces a suite of six high-value pipeline notices designed to overhaul key infrastructure in housing stock across England and Wales. These include: £310m for Passive Fire Protection Services, £300m for a Windows and Doors Framework, £250m for Lifts and Mobility Lift Solutions, £125m each for Fire Alarms & Protection Systems and Door Entry & Security Systems, and £115m for a Scaffolding Framework. Each initiative runs for 48 months and collectively underscores EEM’s strategic focus on safety, accessibility, and asset longevity in social housing.

Delivering a holistic regional plan, Places for People Group is preparing a £400m Planned and Responsive Works Framework across every major region in England, Scotland, and Wales over 48 months. In addition, they’ve earmarked £100m for a dedicated Fire Framework focusing on compliance and safety enhancements across nine regions including Greater London and Scotland. Focusing on lifecycle renewals, GreenSquareAccord has outlined a 60-month pipeline notice worth £166m for a Component Replacement Programme spanning the East and West Midlands, South East, and South West. This effort targets long-term value maintenance through systematic part upgrades.

Reinforcing housing development plans, Metropolitan Housing Trust is planning a £140m Construction of Dwellings programme in East Anglia. This 36-month initiative will support new-build social housing construction and capacity expansion. Stepping into district-specific upgrades, Southwark Council has proposed a £50m Heating Maintenance, Refurbishment and Replacement contract over 24 months in Greater London, focusing on energy performance, heating resilience, and tenant comfort.

Rounding out the announcements, Amplius is conducting early market engagement for a £25.4m High Level Roofing and Associated Works programme across the East Midlands, East Anglia, and South East.
