Emerging from the pipeline, Lewisham London Borough has flagged two upcoming opportunities. The first is a 60-month Responsive Repairs Programme seeking a General Build Contractor under a collaborative agreement. Both contracts promise substantial opportunities for firms with relevant experience in Greater London housing repairs and infrastructure.

Powering up essential systems, Brunelcare has launched a £2.63m Electrical and Life Safety Maintenance Contract, covering both planned and reactive services across its South West-based properties. Bringing focus to property cleanliness, GreenSquareAccord is procuring Cleaning Services for Void Properties across multiple regions including East and West Midlands, South East, and South West, with an estimated contract value of £1.67m over 36 months. Raising the bar on accessibility, it is also seeking a contractor for the replacement of six passenger lifts in the West Midlands. Valued at £640k, the 12-month contract involves complete lift replacement across six specified sites.

Closing with a major development prospect, West Northamptonshire Council is pursuing a Development Partner for a £45m residential-led regeneration at the St James Depot site.
