A major upgrade opportunity has been released by Kingstown Works Ltd on behalf of Hull City Council, with a £21.6m contract inviting sub-contractors for the replacement and refurbishment of wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring across Hull’s domestic housing stock. Spanning 4 Lots, the two-year contract includes over 1,300 installations annually. Exploring drainage expertise, Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH) is seeking early market engagement ahead of a re-procurement valued at £416k for reactive and planned drainage works across its 11,500 homes. The 6-year contract is expected to launch in Autumn 2025, and drainage firms with local capacity are urged to contact NPH directly. Further enhancing its housing stock, it has also issued a PIN for general external repairs such as brickwork, fencing, and paving, valued at £208k. This new contract aims to improve asset conditions across Northampton and suppliers are encouraged to register early interest.

Electrical contractors are being sought by Bracknell Forest Borough Council to deliver EICR inspections, PAT testing, and routine checks across council properties under a £970k contract. The 3-year opportunity is open for bidding. Shifting focus to environmental services, Staffordshire County Council has released a £30m framework for contingency waste disposal through energy recovery. Spanning five Lots covering multiple boroughs, the 2-year deal includes options to extend and will support ad-hoc waste treatment needs countywide. 

Design and construction specialists are invited to tender for a £5m residential scheme in Oxford. Commissioned by Oxford City Council, the contract covers 15 new homes and requires expressions of interest by 4 August 2025. Evaluation will be based on a 60% price and 40% quality split. Historic regeneration is the focus of Stoke-On-Trent City Council, which is engaging the market for a £1.25m safeguarding contract at Burslem Indoor Market and adjacent apartments. Restoration efforts will include roofing, asbestos removal, and glazing repairs to make the Grade II-listed market structurally sound. 

Finally, Riverside is inviting bids for a swift one-month £150k refurbishment project at Arlington House in London, focused on kitchen conversions under Phase 2 of its larger regeneration plan.
