An extensive multi-lot contract valued at £7.67m is now open from Argyll and Bute Council, covering general and reactive property maintenance across multiple geographical areas in Scotland. This 36-month contract (with a possible one-year extension) encompasses trades from roofing and joinery to plumbing and heating, and includes works for both permanent and temporary housing as well as NHS Highland maintenance. Freshly launched by Wiltshire Council, a preliminary market engagement notice seeks capable providers for a £3m responsive maintenance and property care contract across its housing portfolio of approximately 5,300 tenancies. The opportunity covers the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused repair services over a 39-month term.

Croydon London Borough has set ambitious plans for the £100m regeneration of Regina Road. This design-and-build contract, to be awarded through the SEC Development DPS, includes the demolition of existing tower blocks and construction of up to 340 new homes. Suppliers must be registered under Category 5 (New Build over £50m) on the SEC DPS by 16 June 2025 to be eligible.

Leeds City Council is seeking specialists for stairlift and lift adaptations under a £1.67m contract spanning 36 months. The scope includes both domestic and non-housing properties and is split into two lots: stairlift systems and specialist lifts. Rykneld Homes has signalled two strategic pre-market consultations worth a combined £7.2m for electrical and plumbing installations, repairs, and improvements over 60 months. Both notices aim to align services with carbon reduction goals and futureproofing strategies, and encourage feedback from SMEs to help shape the upcoming tender specifications.

City of London is inviting early input on its upcoming procurement for water testing and risk assessment services. With an estimated value of £900k over three years, the scope includes comprehensive Legionella inspections across its Barbican and HRA estates. Scottish Borders Housing Association is preparing to procure essential roofing works for its Inchmyre properties in Kelso, with a contract value of £900k and a 12-month delivery window. A forthcoming opportunity from Hackney London Borough outlines plans for the procurement of roofing and scaffolding services under a 24-month term. Divided into two lots, the contract will cover 30,010 dwellings across four borough zones. Lot 1 has secured Cabinet approval, while Lot 2 (Scaffolding Inspection Services) is pending approval.

Homes England is set to commission a £9m contract to deliver Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEWs) across multiple regions of England. Up to six providers will be selected to audit and assess fire safety documentation for the Cladding Safety Scheme.
