This long-term framework provides significant opportunities for suppliers in accessibility and adaptation works.

Bassetlaw District Council is seeking suppliers for a £4.5m Refurbishment of Conway Gardens Independent Living Facility in Nottinghamshire. The 19-month contract covers extensive improvements, including new kitchens, wet rooms, external wall insulation, mobility scooter stores, and full heating and electrical upgrades, ensuring modernised, energy-efficient housing stock.
