It supports sustainability goals, regulatory compliance, and funding requirements, ensuring the inspection, repair, and replacement of energy efficiency measures in housing and public buildings. The contract is split into three lots covering fire safety equipment, security systems, and electrical building services, with work distributed across five geographical areas. Services include fire alarm maintenance, CCTV, door entry systems, emergency lighting, lightning protection, and photovoltaic equipment maintenance. Notting Hill Genesis has launched a £360m, 48-month Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Planned Upgrades and Improvement Works across the East of England, London, and the South East. The DPS covers lift modernisations, fire door and active fire system installations, domestic heating upgrades, electrical rewires, mechanical ventilation, heat network improvements, and electric vehicle charging points. Open to social housing providers, ALMOs, and local authorities, this framework enables flexible procurement of essential infrastructure upgrades.
BPHA has launched the Vista Phase 2 project, a £25m, 72-month contract for the comprehensive refurbishment of three residential blocks in Queen Street, Bedford, focusing on fire safety, structural integrity, energy efficiency, and overall living quality. The project includes building upgrades, insulation improvements, heating system enhancements, and compliance with modern safety standards. The £20m, 48-month Asbestos Services Framework by Peabody Trust covers asbestos surveys, testing, removal, encapsulation, air monitoring, and disposal across Greater London, the East of England, the South East, and the East Midlands.
