As part of the Midlands Net Zero Hub Consortium, this preliminary market engagement will inform a forthcoming retrofit installer tender for a project running up to March 2028. The initiative focuses on energy-efficient upgrades and retrofitting homes in South Worcestershire. Interested parties can respond via written submissions or participate in scheduled one-on-one video consultations, contributing insights to shape the future specification and contract.
