Opening with a substantial release, Hampshire County Council has launched a £150m Minor Works Framework 2026–2030, covering building fabric, mechanical, electrical, SCOLA cladding, windows, doors, roofing, and general repairs across its public sector estate. Structured into seven lots, the framework spans projects up to £2.5m across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, and surrounding counties for a 48-month period. Targeting glazing services, Bromford Flagship Ltd has issued a £4m Supply of Glazing Materials and Works tender over 60 months, divided into materials supply and glazing services lots. The contract covers supply, installation, repair, and replacement of glazing across occupied and void residential properties in multiple regions.

Seeking supplier engagement, Northamptonshire Partnership Homes has published a £3.33m PIN for Plastering and Associated Work over 72 months. The early market engagement focuses on appointing experienced contractors to deliver additional support to their in-house team for over 11,500 homes. Broadening dynamic procurement, emh group has opened a Maintenance Market – Repairs to the Structure and Fabric of Buildings Dynamic Market Intention Notice for repairs to building structures across East Midlands and West Midlands. The DPS allows suppliers to join for contracts both above and below public procurement thresholds.

In drainage works, Latimer Developments Ltd on behalf of Clarion Housing Group has issued a £3m PIN for Abbey Road drainage remedial works in Sandbach, North West. The scope includes removal of Aqua Spira drainage and installation of new concrete drainage to adoptable standards. Focusing on fire safety compliance, believe housing Ltd. is seeking feedback via a PIN for its Fire Surveys and Remediation Framework covering fire compartmentation, door remediation, and safety surveys across multiple property types under a proposed 36-month framework.

A major environmental contract sees Wirral Council issue a £320m Recycling, Waste & Street Cleansing Services tender over 96 months. The comprehensive scope includes refuse collection, dry recycling, food and garden waste, bulky collections, fly tipping clearance, street cleansing, leaf clearance, dead animal removal, and event support services, alongside multiple service delivery options and anticipated service enhancements. For ground maintenance, Notting Hill Genesis has issued a £7m contract for Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Services across North and South Essex over 36 months. The contract splits into four separate lots for cleaning and grounds maintenance across regional clusters. On waste processing, Nottingham City Council has released two pipeline notices: a £4.5m PIN for Co-Mingle Waste & Dry Recycling over 48 months and a £4m PIN for Green Waste Composting Services over 24 months, both scheduled for tender release later in 2025.

Crown Commercial Service dominates the pipeline with multi-billion-pound PIN. Construction Works and Associated Services 3 & ProCure 24, carries a £80bn value over 87 months, will serve the entire UK public sector across multiple sectors including health, defence, education, housing, and infrastructure, combining traditional, modern, and offsite construction. In landscaping, Stoke-On-Trent City Council has published a £3m PIN for a Landscape Framework over 36 months, with formal tender release expected in early 2026. Pobl Group in Wales has launched early market engagement for its Construction Framework, inviting contractors to a “Meet the Buyer” event scheduled for 15 July 2025 in Bridgend, ahead of a full tender release anticipated September 2025.

Shifting to Scotland, Trust Housing Association Ltd. has issued a £1m Roof Replacement Works tender in Glasgow, covering re-roofing, vertical wall tile replacements, structural works, and tenant access provisions under a dual-stage tender process. Finally, Queens Cross Housing Association Ltd. (QCHA) has announced a 39-month Gutter Cleaning, Anchor Testing and Associated Works contract in Scotland, commencing September 2025 under a single-stage procurement route.
