The wide-ranging framework is split into lots covering adapted bathrooms, extensions, minor adaptations, ramps, lifts, and stairlifts, aiming to secure multiple suppliers to deliver vital accessibility improvements across its housing stock.
Signalling regeneration ambitions, Kirklees Council has released a Preliminary Market Engagement (PIN) for the Estate Buildings Residential Development in Huddersfield, with an estimated £8m investment over 52 months.
