Driving essential upgrades in tenant wellbeing, Bristol City Council has announced a forthcoming £12.5m pipeline opportunity for a Bathroom Installation Framework. Spanning 48 months, this contract will focus on full bathroom replacements and associated electrical upgrades, excluding reactive maintenance. Revolutionising HVAC procurement, Northern Housing Consortium Ltd. is preparing an expansive £83.3m UK-wide framework for the supply and/or installation of HVAC products. The 48-month framework aims to streamline access to pre-approved catalogues of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Strengthening fire safety compliance, the Consortium is also introducing another £83.3m pipeline framework focused on the supply of goods and services related to active fire systems. 

Enhancing passive fire protection, Peabody Trust has launched a £66.7m pipeline framework opportunity. Covering passive fire works and M&E fire safety services across 55,000 properties in London, Essex, and the South East, the 48-month framework will appoint five contractors, with works called off based on building-specific FRA recommendations. An engagement event is scheduled for 14 June 2025. Maintaining greener neighbourhoods, the Trust is also seeking providers for a £2.4m, 38-month Grounds Maintenance contract covering the East Midlands, East Anglia, Greater London, and the South East. 

Highlighting essential electrical compliance, Greenwich London Borough has issued a pipeline notice for a £3m, 1-month Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) contract. Though not yet live, the notice signals future requirements for certified electrical inspections in Greater London. Protecting vulnerable households, Birmingham City Council has released a £2.6m tender for specialist Security Services for victims of domestic abuse. This 48-month contract includes the supply and installation of bespoke security measures, urgent response timelines, and compliance with safeguarding standards. 

Remediating building safety across the UK, Anchor Hanover Group’s £13.3m, 12-month Phase 2 project focuses on fire safety upgrades, including cladding replacement and cavity barrier installation, at up to 12 sites. Suppliers may respond individually or via frameworks. Delivering comprehensive refurbishment, the Industrial Dwellings Society Ltd. (IDS) is preparing a £12m, 47-month contract for Stepney Green Court. Works include roofing, window and door replacements, AOV systems, internal and external decorations, and fire compartmentation. Preliminary market engagement is ongoing, with expressions of interest requested via email. Expanding housing through modern construction, Midlothian Council is progressing with a £11m, 20-month project for the design and construction of 47 housing units in Penicuik using a 2D closed panel off site fabrication system. The project will follow a two-stage SBCC 2016 D&M contract structure.
