Unfolding a major prior opportunity in Central Scotland, Sanctuary Housing Association is preparing a £6.6m Responsive Repairs and Maintenance contract, launching in October 2025. The 3-year contract with potential 2-year extensions covers reactive maintenance, voids, planned maintenance, damp, and mould remediation. Driving forward regeneration, the Brighton & Hove City Council is planning a framework for external and internal repairs and decorations to residential blocks. This early pipeline notice appeals to interested contractors to prepare for a significant refurbishment programme.

Prioritising fire safety across the UK, Clarion Housing Group has launched a massive £105m national contract for Active and Passive Fire Safety Works. Divided into three regional lots and running up to seven years, the opportunity targets contractors with expertise in compartmentation and fire mitigation.

GreenSquareAccord has released a series of Pipeline Notices outlining upcoming housing and estate service opportunities across its regions. A £9.2m notice for the Clive Works site proposes the construction of 72 apartments across three blocks. Also in the pipeline is a £7.7m North Road Construction to deliver 40 social rent homes, including a mix of 2–3 bed houses and 1–2 bed apartments.
