Arun District Council-
Arun is investing in housing upgrades with new roofing, guttering, and safety works across Collyer Avenue homes. Delivered by specialist contractors, the project secures long-term resilience for council properties. Residents will benefit from safer, better maintained homes, reflecting the council’s wider commitment to modernising housing stock and ensuring community wellbeing.

Barking and Dagenham London Borough-
Barking and Dagenham is tackling fire safety head-on with a £12m programme to replace fire doors and address over 2,000 safety concerns. Running over four years, the investment ensures compliance with national safety laws and enhances housing standards, safeguarding thousands of residents across the borough’s social housing estates.

Haringey London Borough-
Haringey has launched a £4.8m improvement programme for nearly 250 homes, focusing on roofing, landscaping, and communal upgrades. Repairs at Fireman’s Flats and temporary classrooms for Park View School also feature. Together, these investments strengthen housing, education, and energy efficiency, supporting safer, more sustainable neighbourhoods across the borough.

Herefordshire Council-
Herefordshire is enhancing SEND provision with upgrades at Leominster Primary and Aylestone School. Funded by the High Needs Capital Grant, projects include classrooms, safeguarding measures, lighting, and drainage.
