Wheatley Group is rolling out over £8.5m in housing improvements. The Furnishing Service secured a £2.5m deal to supply essential items, while CCG (Scotland) began a £6m kitchen and bathroom upgrade. Phoenix Gas Services and Matthews and Tannert Ltd will deliver boiler and adaptation works, boosting comfort, safety, and accessibility across Wheatley homes.
Adur & Worthing Councils-
Lancing Manor Leisure Centre is set for a £336k transformation as Adur & Worthing Councils appoint DM Habens for a full main entrance and reception upgrade. Works will replace roofing and walls, boost insulation, and improve access, offering visitors a warmer, more modern welcome and showcasing the councils’ continued investment in local leisure facilities.
