Govanhill Housing Association Ltd-

Alongside a new refurbishment framework, these changes will deliver safer homes, faster response times, and community benefits such as apprenticeships, underlining the association’s commitment to tenants’ wellbeing and sustainable housing across its estates.

Bexley London Borough-
Bexley is set to enhance community spaces with a comprehensive grounds maintenance programme covering parks, cemeteries, and biodiversity projects. The new approach merges services for greater efficiency, introduces digital innovation, and strengthens customer care, ensuring well-kept green areas and reliable burial services while promoting sustainability across the borough.

Chorley Borough Council-
Chorley, working alongside South Ribble, is securing long-term support for residents with mobility needs through a new stairlift programme. The initiative ensures supply, installation, and maintenance with extended warranties, funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant, giving vulnerable residents safer, more accessible homes and greater independence for the future.
