Govanhill Housing Association Ltd-

Adur & Worthing Councils-
Adur is locking in long-term accessibility with a £300k-a-year disabled adaptations contract, bridging the gap between the old agreement and a refreshed seven-year deal. Residents can expect seamless service and continued support, as the council future-proofs housing with a steady hand and a focus on inclusive, dependable living standards.

Ashfield District Council-
Ashfield is enhancing town centre properties with a window replacement contract, awarded to StoreyBuild. Funded through the High Street Property Fund, the project supports energy efficiency and visual appeal under standard contractual terms, aligning with the council’s regeneration goals.

Bury Metropolitan Borough Council-
Bury is gearing up for a £7m housing push. A £1.15m contract will deliver fresh kitchens and bathrooms, while over £6m goes to energy upgrades across four estates. GGI’s EPC contract extension ensures greener homes, reduced bills, and sustained progress on the council’s low-carbon mission.

Enfield London Borough-
Enfield is scaling up energy performance with a £1.24m housing upgrade at Strand Place and Statham Grove. Herefordshire Council-
Herefordshire is going green and clean. A phased retrofit strategy targets 60,000 poorly rated homes, while a new recycling plan aims to lift rates from 40% to 58% by 2026. The council also approved a £320k roofing project at Trinity Primary School, reducing future maintenance costs and boosting building efficiency.

Kingston upon Thames London Royal Borough-
