The 12-month deal, with an optional extension, includes both planned and ad-hoc heating installations in tenanted homes.

Driving residential growth, Morro Partnerships has clinched a significant £4.68m award from Wolverhampton City Council for the construction of 17 new homes at Reedham Gardens. The 11-month build programme comprises a mix of 1–3 bedroom houses and bungalows, complete with associated infrastructure contributing to the Council’s new build housing targets.

Concluding the roundup with a vital compliance win, The Testing Lab, Environtec, and Franks Portlock Consulting have been jointly appointed by Beyond Housing Ltd for a £360k asbestos surveying and analytical services contract. Spanning 36 months with potential for two 12-month extensions, this framework ensures UKAS-accredited, regulation-compliant asbestos inspections and quality-assured reporting across North East and Yorkshire housing stock.
