This essential East Midlands scheme is set to modernise and improve living conditions through full refurbishment works, strengthening the council’s housing stock quality. Easthall Park Housing Association has confirmed a £146k Close Painting contract. Stevenage Borough Council has issued an Interim Void Contract valued at £125k. Appointed contractors Lura Constructions and R. Benson Property Maintenance will deliver responsive voids work across properties in East Anglia, ensuring re-letting turnaround efficiency. Awarded to Canine Assisted Pest Eradication, these 36-month agreements cover bed bug treatment across Liverpool City Region (Lot 4) and wider central/southern areas (Lot 5), ensuring tenant health and property protection.

Major offsite specialists including Actiform, Portakabin, Wernick, Reds10, McAvoy, and others will provide modular construction solutions across healthcare, education, residential, and public sector settings UK-wide. Spanning 48 months, the framework covers new-build, hire, and lease contracts, delivering flexible, sustainable, and rapid-build infrastructure.
Thirteen Group has awarded Esh Construction two housing development projects. The Amberley & Harrogate New Build contract (£21.87m, 32 months) and the Enhanced Capital Delivery Framework at Throston Grange (£2.07m, 8 months) will expand and upgrade housing provision in the North East through direct internal framework awards.
