The project supports Rykneld’s drive toward energy efficiency and modernised amenities, forming a key part of their decarbonisation and property improvement agenda for tenants in North East Derbyshire. Gas servicing secured by City Technical Services to deliver essential gas servicing, maintenance, and repair over a 24-month contract worth £1.87m for East Renfrewshire Council. A transformative £173m, 69-month development at Lea Bridge Station Sites has been secured by London Square Developments for Waltham Forest London Borough. Originally structured with a mix of tenures, the revised scheme now delivers 387 fully affordable homes through a long-term 990-year lease—aligning with GLA grant conditions and recent safety regulations.
