Commissioned by West Kent Housing Association, this £199k contract spans 4 months and covers the installation of solar film, dMEV fans, cooling units, and ventilation upgrades for flats and communal areas—aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Boosting property safety and performance, Redditch Borough Council has awarded a £2m contract for Property Services Electrical Works to Orton Electrical & Mechanical Group. Procured under the Fusion 21 HRE Lot 8 framework, this 24-month deal will cover key electrical upgrades and maintenance across council housing stock in the West Midlands.
