Optimising gas safety and heating efficiency, Kingdom Housing Association Ltd. has engaged Saltire Facilities Management and Sureserve Compliance North for a £1.36m gas servicing and maintenance contract across approximately 7,500 homes in Scotland. This one-year term contract, with the option to extend by a further year, includes annual gas appliance servicing, ASHP and district heating maintenance, void checks, and reactive repair services, covering both residential dwellings and commercial properties.

Securing building safety with advanced fire systems, ABCA Systems has been appointed by Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council for a £321.4k Fire & Security Maintenance Contract. The three-year agreement, commencing May 2025 with optional two-year extensions, encompasses planned preventative maintenance of fire and security systems across the council’s property portfolio.
