Starting in the South West, Torbay Council has appointed AD Building Contractors, Alliance Build Company, CGS Project Services, First Class Independent Living, J&C General Builders, MSB Property Services, Parkworx, South Western Aid, Woodleys Plumbing & Heating, KFS Builders, and Dolphin Lifts South West on a £7m Framework for Disabled Facility Grant Works, Maintenance and Repairs. The 48-month framework is split into lots covering general builders, housing extensions, lift installations, and property maintenance, supporting accessibility adaptations and ongoing repairs for council housing stock.

In Greater London, Wandsworth London Borough has awarded a £527k contract to Westminster Building Services for the replacement of controls and distribution pipework serving the communal heating and hot water system at Yew Tree Lodge. The works will run over an 8-month period.

In the East Midlands, Ashfield District Council has appointed Phoenix Gas Services on a £499k contract to carry out boiler installations and planned replacements across council housing stock. The contract duration is 11 months. Moving to East Anglia, Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) has awarded Gerda Security Products a £2.04m contract for its Fire Door Program 2024. Over 19 months, the contract will deliver replacement fire doors to approximately 1,150 dwellings across Essex, ensuring continued fire safety compliance.

In the CCTV sector, St. Albans City Council has awarded Videcom Security a £1.73m contract for CCTV Monitoring and Maintenance. The 60-month contract includes services provided not only for St Albans but also for Welwyn Hatfield Council through a shared services agreement. In Yorkshire and the Humber, Beyond Housing Ltd has appointed WB Construction to deliver a £3.73m new build housing development on the site of the former Ingleby Arncliffe Primary School. The 12-month project will deliver 18 new dwellings as part of the landlord’s wider development programme.

Finally in Scotland, North Lanarkshire Council has awarded The Landscaping Centre an £858k contract for Garden Assistance Scheme & Ad-Hoc Garden Works 2025–2028. The 36-month service will provide scheduled and ad-hoc garden maintenance for elderly, infirm, and void properties across the authority’s stock.
