Improving electrical safety and compliance, Rykneld Homes has appointed Concorde BGW under a £4m Electrical Installation, Rewires, Repairs and Improvements contract running for 36 months, ensuring modern electrical systems and enhanced resident safety across Derbyshire properties.
Expanding access control solutions nationwide, Accent Housing has partnered with Alphatrack Systems for a £500k Door Entry Planned & Responsive Maintenance contract, spanning multiple regions from the North East to the South East.
