Securing warm and safe homes in Scotland, Langstane Housing Association Ltd. has awarded a £2.5m Gas Servicing and Maintenance contract to Heatcare Oil & Gas for a 3-month term. The scope covers annual servicing of over 2,400 gas heating systems and 124 air source heat pumps across residential and commercial sites. The contract also includes responsive maintenance, out-of-hours emergency callouts, and occasional system replacements, ensuring comprehensive care for tenant heating systems.

Upgrading security infrastructure, Karbon Homes has selected CCS Media to deliver a £191k Door Access and Security contract over 36 months. This project will enhance office site security across the North East by installing new camera and door entry systems, helping safeguard staff and assets. Driving excellence in complex void and damp repairs, Sutton Housing Partnership, on behalf of the Sutton London Borough, has launched a £2.9m multi-contractor Panel Framework. Awarded to Hankinson Whittle, KNK Building Services, Laker BMS, Topcoat Construction, Ultimate Construction Group, and Close Brothers Rail, the 36-month agreement spans two lots: Damp & Mould Works (est. £1.4m pa) and Strategic Complex Voids (est. £250k pa). Contractors will deliver extensive internal and structural repairs, insulation upgrades, and heating system improvements across Greater London housing stock.

Powering planned works, Bolton at Home has entrusted Edmundson Electrical with a £2.87m contract for the Supply of Electrical Materials under the Procurement for Housing framework. Over the 48-month term, materials will be delivered to central stores and packaged as rewire kits to support planned maintenance and housing upgrades across the North West and East Midlands. Building better procurement pathways, it has also appointed C & W Berry under a £2.59m Mini Competition for the supply of general building materials. Spanning 48 months, the contract supports consolidation of Bolton’s supply base and aims to cut operational costs while improving customer service and contract oversight through Lot 3 of the PfH framework.

Enhancing accessibility in homes, the Hillingdon London Borough has awarded Prism UK Medical a £274k contract for the Supply and Installation of Ceiling Track Hoists. Let for 36 months under the YPO mobility framework, this call-off aims to improve living standards for residents needing home adaptations. Accelerating digital transformation, Peabody Trust has selected Coforge UK for a £3.5m Digital Software Delivery contract under Crown Commercial Framework RM6263. Spanning 12 months and covering the East Midlands, East Anglia, Greater London, and South East, this project supports Peabody’s ambition to modernise service delivery through innovative digital platforms.
