Strengthening long-term heating and decarbonisation capability, Merthyr Valleys Homes has awarded Heating Servicing, Repairs and Installation – MVH25002 worth £13.3m over 84 months across multiple contractors including Westward Energy Services, Laver Group, Andrew D’Auria Solutions, Warmserve Services and City Energy Network. Expanding professional consultancy support, West Northamptonshire Council has appointed CS2 for Employers Agent & QS Services (£87k), while Shire Housing Association has engaged MB Langmuir & Hay and Thomson Gray for Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services respectively, reinforcing project governance and delivery oversight.

Finally, compliance-led survey activity continues with Luton Borough Council appointing Tetra Tech (£45k) for site investigation and regulatory compliance surveys, supporting building safety and future development readiness.
