Continuing essential safety works in the capital, the City of London Corporation has awarded Hardcore Doors a £90k contract for door replacements at Lauderdale Tower, focusing on 39 high-rise units to enhance fire and security standards. In Kingston upon Thames, the Royal Borough Council has commissioned Bugler Developments for the £13.7m Acre Road redevelopment, transforming the former Murray House site into a modern residential scheme through design completion and full construction delivery over 26 months.
