South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council has awarded an £8m Framework for the Supply, Installation and Repair of Pitched and Flat Roof Coverings. The 23-month framework brings together Hodgson Sayers, John Flowers, Birch Tree Northern, and other contractors to deliver comprehensive roofing, refurbishment, and maintenance across the council’s housing and public buildings, ensuring long-term protection and compliance across a diverse property portfolio.

Finally, Kirklees Council has confirmed a £1.5m Insulation Services Framework with partners including RE:GEN Solutions, Zero Carbon Group, Yorkshire Energy Solutions CIC, and Efficient Energy Services. Running for 24 months, the framework supports loft and cavity wall insulation works across 1,200 homes, driving carbon reduction and energy efficiency targets throughout the borough under a multiple-supplier delivery model.
