Although the value of this 36-month contract was not disclosed, the work encompasses the upkeep of extinguishers, hose reels, and blankets, reinforcing tenant safety standards. Worcester City Council has awarded a comprehensive 36-month, £1.75m contract to Joseph Woods Builders for building repairs, maintenance, and minor works. The contract, with potential extensions up to seven years, includes reactive repairs, planned maintenance, minor works, and emergency services.
