Meanwhile, the Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Programme (Call-off) goes to Novus Property Solutions for £4.2m, ensuring high-quality kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Responsive property maintenance continues with Reactive Repairs and Maintenance (Call-off) secured by UI Social Infrastructure at £2m.
