Leicestershire County Council awarded a £3.67m call-off under the Warm Homes Scheme to Sustainable Building Services (UK) for energy-efficiency upgrades supporting fuel poverty reduction and net-zero goals.

Hull City Council followed with a significant £7m appointment to CLC Contractors for specialist building works and adaptations, particularly targeting high-risk buildings through EN:Procure. Further north, South Ayrshire Council has awarded Ayrshire Refrigeration a £1.38m, 24-month contract to service and maintain air handling and ventilation assets across their estate. 

Meanwhile, the London Borough of Hillingdon has placed a three-year, £831k servicing and access control systems contract with DSSL Group, covering housing and corporate assets, including emergency response requirements.

Elsewhere, Folkestone & Hythe District Council has appointed Triple S Lift Services under a £475k passenger lift servicing and maintenance programme spanning an initial 29 months. Industrial Dwellings Society (IDS) features two Awards— first awarding a £136.6k lift replacement contract to Liftworks, followed by a £431.9k asbestos removal and survey programme to Aspect Contracts and AC&MS.

Clarion Housing Group has confirmed a nine-month £100k CCTV deployment with Saphe Services to combat anti-social behaviour in North London, while Northern Ireland Housing Executive has awarded a major £10.86m asbestos surveying and analysis contract to G&L Consultancy covering a wide asset portfolio across the region. 

Coastline Housing has progressed construction delivery, awarding a £5.13m package to EBC Partnerships for 26 affordable homes in Cornwall. Finally, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council has procured iDesign for a £115k interior fit-out of Bronllwyn Adult Care Home.
