Enhancing property exteriors, South Yorkshire Housing Association has appointed Burngreave Building Company for a £1.38m contract to supply and install doors and windows across Yorkshire and the Humber and the East Midlands. The 36-month agreement includes potential extensions totalling another three years. Delivering core repair services, Birmingham Civic Housing Association has awarded a £1.06m, 60-month contract to Laker Building Management and Solutions for responsive repairs across its West Midlands housing stock.
Strengthening construction capabilities, Haringey London Borough selected Formation Design and Build under a £1.06m contract for general construction and multi-trade services. The 29-month term supports delivery of voids, maintenance, and compliance works across new builds and council-owned homes. Scaling up heating upgrades, Beyond Housing Ltd has awarded a substantial £9.6m contract to Buston and Maughan, PHS Home Solutions, and Robert Heath Heating. Spanning 45 months, the contract will support heating installations and renewals across tenanted properties in Redcar, Whitby, and Scarborough.
Addressing drainage infrastructure, Moat has awarded a £4m, 24-month contract to CCR Property Services to deliver drainage works across East Anglia, Greater London, and the South East. Maintaining assisted living systems, Dundee City Council selected Legrand Electric to carry out a £330k, 48-month contract for servicing and maintaining warden call systems across its housing portfolio.
Driving large-scale regeneration, North Lanarkshire Council awarded CCG (Scotland) a £23.7m contract for the design and construction of new social housing and infrastructure at Dunottar Avenue. Delivered under the SPA H2 Framework, the project spans 27 months. Progressing further with new-build delivery, The JR Group has secured a £4.29m contract for design and construction of homes at Coshneuk Road, also under the SPA H2 framework, with a 14-month delivery timeline.
Securing additional supply, Kingdom Housing Association Ltd. announced a direct £5.37m acquisition agreement with Ogilvie Homes for affordable homes at Broich Road, forming part of its partnership delivery with Perth and Kinross Council. Focusing on structural integrity, Islington London Borough awarded a £1.96m, 42-month contract to Premier Drainage Services UK for borough-wide brickwork repairs. Works span dwellings, communal spaces, and external structures, supporting safety and appearance. Maintaining transitional housing, Hackney London Borough has engaged Full Works Projects in a £315k, 48-month contract for maintenance and refurbishment across its temporary accommodation sites, ensuring continued suitability for occupants.
