Closing today’s awards, Kensington and Chelsea London Borough has secured Team Safety Services under the Southeast Consortium Framework to deliver fire risk assessment services. Valued at £420k and lasting 36 months, this Greater London-based contract ensures rigorous fire safety compliance across housing stock. Procured via direct call-off under SEC Lot 5, the contract includes a one-year extension option, providing continuity and flexibility while maintaining strict adherence to framework procurement rules.
