Awarded to a diverse group of contractors including Pollards Property Solutions, Dodd Group (Midlands), Cardo (Central), and others, the 24-month agreement covers multiple lots across Warwickshire. These include level access shower conversions, roofing, heating, electrical, and damp-proofing works, along with adaptations like ramps, wash/dry toilets, and small works for home safety enhancements. Transforming exteriors at a landmark estate, Wandsworth London Borough has appointed Mulalley and Company to deliver an £13.86m project over 18 months at the Alton Estate. The works involve external decorations, window renewal, communal area refurbishments, and fire door replacements, supporting safer, energy-efficient, and visually improved housing stock in Roehampton.

Advancing affordable housing in Perth and Kinross, Kingdom Housing Association has awarded a negotiated £9.86m design and build contract to Persimmon Homes North Scotland. The 18-month deal will see the delivery of new social housing units on a developer-owned site at Broich Road, forming part of Kingdom’s long-term partnership programme with the local council. Securing new housing delivery in Scotland, Caledonia Housing Association has appointed Ogilvie Homes under a £4.63m contract spanning 28 months. The scheme, also within Perth and Kinross, supports the strategic delivery of new-build affordable homes on land owned by the developer, using a direct award procedure aligned with sale conditions.

Modernising vertical transport systems, Hackney London Borough has awarded a substantial £36m Lift Servicing and Repairs contract to Apex Lift & Escalator Engineers and Guideline Lift Services. Spanning 59 months, this dual-lot contract covers 606 lifts across East and West Hackney, with options to extend to a potential 10-year term. Services include lift maintenance, reactive repairs, and compliance-driven upgrades for residential buildings across the borough. Driving warmth and energy efficiency, Southampton City Council has selected The Environment Centre (TEC) to deliver its “Healthy Homes – Warmer Homes” initiative. While valued at £750k, this project targets vulnerable residents, ensuring improved thermal comfort and reduced fuel poverty through energy advice, retrofits, and insulation upgrades.

Keeping communal areas compliant and safe, Selwood Housing has entrusted Severnside Security with a £1.03m, 36-month contract for routine servicing, maintenance, and testing of fire detection, emergency lighting, and smoke control systems. This contract also includes emergency call-out coverage and annual portable appliance testing to uphold legal fire safety standards under the Fire Safety Order 2005. Maintaining cleanliness across borough assets, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council has selected Solo Service Group for a £1.09m, 24-month corporate cleaning contract.
