Maintaining vertical mobility for tenants, Ashford Borough Council has selected RJ Lifts Group for a £363k contract covering the planned and responsive maintenance of passenger and bin lifts. This 36-month contract spans various locations in the South East and includes essential lift repair services to uphold accessibility and safety.
Delivering a monumental national framework, STAR Procurement has unveiled a massive £400m, 48-month agreement split across eight lots. The STAR & TPPL Materials Framework spans the UK and includes one-stop shop material supply solutions, general building supplies, plumbing and heating spares, electrical components, kitchen units, tools and PPE, aggregates, and inventory tracking systems. With over a dozen of suppliers participating, this framework sets the foundation for efficient material provision across the public sector.
