The programme supports phased asset improvement, with extension options enabling a flexible rollout aligned to annual investment priorities.

Darlington Borough Council has appointed K.M. Electrical Services to deliver £1.59m of Internal Planned Electrical Maintenance across its housing stock over a 36-month delivery period, covering rewires, partial rewires, and electrical alterations. Perth and Kinross Council has awarded Pickerings Lifts a £1.02m contract for planned and reactive maintenance of goods and passenger lift systems across public buildings, operating through a 36-month servicing and response programme.

Hyde Group has confirmed multiple awards across its Communal Cleaning, Bulk Waste and Japanese Knotweed Framework, with Pinnacle FM, Cleanscapes, Just Ask Estate Services, Any Junk, Acorn Environmental, Rigford, Countrystyle Recycling and Japanese Knotweed Ltd engaged across Soft FM, Waste Management and Grounds Maintenance lots. The framework is valued at £17.77m over 36 months, spanning London, Kent, the South and wider regions.

Berneslai Homes has selected Rigford to deliver £900k Builder’s Clean, Clear and Environmental Cleaning Services under a 24-month contract supporting major works and turnover programmes across Barnsley. West Dunbartonshire Council has directly appointed CCG (Scotland) to deliver 17 new homes at Queen Mary Avenue under Scotland Excel’s new build framework. The £4.07m scheme is procured via Lot 3 for 17–35 unit developments.

Kingdom Housing Association will acquire new affordable homes from Ogilvie Homes in Falkirk under a £2.85m phase 2 agreement, supporting programme continuity into 2027. Northumberland County Council has engaged Northumberland Specialists Building Services for damp and flooring-related refurbishment works valued at £176k, supporting improvements across affected units at Fallodon Avenue.

Broadacres Housing Association has appointed Total Construction NE for £500k Major Voids & General Property Works over a 24-month period, covering multi-trade refurbishment including kitchens, bathrooms, heating and electrical renewals.
