The contract covers the maintenance and performance monitoring of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units in various council properties. The contract also includes emergency repairs and a 24/7 call-out service.

This 24-month contract ensures compliance with fire safety regulations and enhances tenant safety through detailed inspections of both communal and domestic fire doors.

Provision of Cleaning Services: Woven (formerly Habinteg Housing Association) has awarded a £995k contract to The Mount Charles Group and Ryak Cleaning for cleaning services in Northern Ireland. The 36-month contract covers the communal areas of various properties and is split into four separate lots, with the possibility of extending the contract by up to two years, based on performance.
