Wiltshire Council has appointed Steele Davis for its £3m Multi-Trade Property Care Contract, delivering responsive repairs across over 5,000 homes, primarily in Salisbury. The works will cover a broad range of trades — including plumbing, glazing, plasterwork, and minor masonry — ensuring a high-quality, resident-focused maintenance service across the council’s housing stock.
In Scotland, Govanhill Housing Association has named MP Group UK, Bell Group, Morris & Spottiswood, CCG (Scotland), Procast Building Contractors, Mears, and Ogilvie Construction to its five-year, £1.6m Planned Maintenance Framework, spanning kitchens, bathrooms, doors, roofs, and electrical refurbishments across its housing portfolio.
Wandle Housing Association has awarded Nationcare Windows a £1.25m contract for the supply and installation of doors and windows, including fire doors, throughout London and the South East — enhancing energy efficiency and fire safety across its estates.
Peabody Trust has selected Axis Europe for a £1.12m Leasehold Decorations Cyclical Works Programme, delivering internal and external decorations, door repairs, and roofing upgrades as part of its ongoing asset investment strategy in Greater London.
BD Group has appointed Seaxe Contract Services to deliver planned internal works worth £500k in Barking and Dagenham. The scope covers kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, heating installations, rewires, and adaptations, completed to tight turnaround times under the PA23 procurement route.
