The programme will assist elderly and disabled residents, as well as tenants in the private rented sector, with adaptations and essential repairs to remain safely in their homes. Upgrading essential building systems, Moat has engaged Stonegrove for the design, supply, and installation of new heating systems within communal blocks for 695k. This contract was directly awarded under the Fusion21 Heating Framework and will cover sites across East Anglia, Greater London, and the South East.
Delivering drainage resilience, Wrexham County Borough Council has appointed Wales Environmental, Quest Waste Management, and Lanes Group to a £400k, 24-month framework for the ongoing maintenance of drainage assets across the borough. Modernising critical access systems, a further award from the Council sees Grosvenor Aptec selected for a £347k contract to maintain and upgrade door entry, CCTV, and warden call systems. Spanning a 24-month term, the contract supports secure entry across council-owned buildings under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016.
