Commencing with retrofit investment, Rooftop Housing Group has awarded LivGreen Futures a £25m contract under Warm Homes: Social Housing Funding Wave 3. The six-year call-off will deliver retrofit assessments, design, and decarbonisation works to approximately 1,000 properties via the F21 Greener Futures Partnership Decarbonisation Delivery Framework. Continuing planned improvement programmes, Together Housing Group has appointed RE:GEN Group to deliver a £16.53m Core Works Investment contract over 36 months. The scope includes kitchen, bathroom, window, and door upgrades, secured through the Prosper Decarbonisation Retrofit Framework (Lots 2 and 3).

In Wales, Wales & West Housing Association Ltd. has selected J F Emergency Glazing and Boarding alongside Solar Windows for a £7.95m multi-lot Supply and Installation of Windows, Doors and Roofline contract. This 36-month award will cover multiple regional lots across North, South, and West Wales. Supporting renewable energy ambitions, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has awarded Dodd Group (Midlands) an £8m contract to deliver the Installation of Renewable Heating and Hot Water Systems, supporting energy schemes across both Nuneaton and North Warwickshire over 24 months.

Shifting to access control, Islington London Borough has appointed Alphatrack Systems for a £1.4m Testing, Repairs, and Servicing contract covering door entry, access control, vehicle barriers, and security shutter systems across its estate portfolio for an initial 24-month period. In void security services, GreenSquareAccord has awarded Leon Guarding & FM a £2.52m contract over 48 months to secure vacant properties across its housing stock in East Midlands, West Midlands, South East, and South West regions.

Delivering large-scale public realm improvements, Kirklees Council has awarded a £17.2m multi-supplier Landscaping Works Framework. The 24-month framework, with potential extensions, spans multiple lots covering play areas, environmental works, planting, public realm regeneration, cemetery works, and community spaces, awarded to an extensive list of specialist contractors. Finally, Fife Council has confirmed Campion Homes as the contractor for its Affordable Housing development at Evershed Drive, valued at £9.08m. The direct award covers the design and build of 40 new affordable homes as part of Fife’s ongoing social rent delivery programme.
