Anchor Hanover Group has entrusted Baker Newman Building with a £129k Heritage Window Repair and External Redecoration programme. East Lothian Council has awarded Richard Irvin FM a £9.2m Annual Heating Servicing and Repairs contract. Cassiltoun Housing Association has committed £315k to ECG Facilities Services for the Stables Gas Heating Project. Spanning 7 months in Scotland, this scheme replaces existing GSHP systems with new gas boiler heating solutions, ensuring modern, reliable, and efficient heating performance. Croydon London Borough has chosen Re-Gen (UK) Construction for a £100k Drainage Services contract. Folkestone & Hythe District Council has engaged Triple S Lift Services for a £475k Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance programme. Covering 29 months across the South East, the project delivers planned servicing, responsive call-outs, repairs, and supplementary testing for lifts in the council’s social housing portfolio.
Wrexham County Borough Council has signed a £600k Concrete Repairs contract with Specialist UK Restorations. Running for 21 months, the works span housing and government buildings across Wales, delivering structural concrete repairs to surrounds, lintels, cills, canopies, and other critical elements. Leicester City Council has appointed BDA Surveying in a £412k Asbestos Analytical Services framework. Lasting 48 months in the East Midlands, this long-term deal covers bespoke asbestos sampling, testing, and compliance support across the council’s housing and government properties.
