Delivering comprehensive housing repairs, Hackney London Borough has awarded a substantial £48m contract spanning 120 months to The Wiggett Group and Foster Property Maintenance. This contract covers reactive repairs, void works, legal disrepair cases, electrical works linked to general repairs, roofing, damp treatments, and more across both occupied and void dwellings, communal areas, and associated structures.

Supporting accessible home improvements, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has appointed Hill Interior Contracts for a £1.75m, 36-month contract to provide bathroom, shower, wet room, flooring replacements, and associated builders’ works. This contract covers both planned and responsive works in tenanted homes, void properties, and public buildings.

Driving forward new affordable housing, Wales & West Housing Association Ltd. has selected Jamson Estates for a £10m, 5-month contract to develop 20 social rented apartments, new offices, a works depot, and associated demolition, drainage, and landscaping at the former Cardigan Memorial Hospital site.

Advancing sustainable housing development, CURO has tasked Curo Enterprise with a £7.97m project for the design and construction of 38 new homes at Holly House, Lawrence Weston. The contract includes demolition of the existing building, external works, and essential services to deliver modern social housing.
