Expanding its responsive maintenance supply chain, Aspire Housing Limited’s Repairs & Maintenance Framework – ITT – ID566 is valued at £19.68m over 72 months. Designed to supplement Aspire’s 130-operative DLO, the framework covers electrical works, responsive repairs, groundworks, glazing and UPVC repairs, voids, kitchens and bathrooms through separate SME and non-SME lots, with no planned or programmed works included.

Providing council-wide glazing support, Fife Council’s Glazing Repairs and Replacement Works – Various Properties Fife Wide is valued at £2.4m. Up to three contractors will deliver reactive and planned glazing repairs, replacements, emergency works, inspections and window and door maintenance across homes, schools, care facilities and other council properties under an initial 24-month term, with a further two-year extension available.

Refreshing communal and external areas, VIVID’s Cyclical Decorations Programme Leaseholders (QLTA) is valued at £2m over 24 months. The contract covers internal and external redecoration, minor repairs, UPVC cleaning and protective trims, render repairs and refurbishment, together with replacement communal vinyl, carpet and carpet-tile flooring across leaseholder properties.

Maintaining operational and commercial buildings, Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd’s Painting and Decorating – AP26050 is valued at £650k excluding VAT. A single contractor will provide internal and external painting, repainting, decorating and protective-coating works under an initial 24-month contract, with extensions potentially increasing the term to six years and the estimated value to £780k including VAT.

Improving 31 council-owned bungalows, Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Repairs and Maintenance Service (RMS) Mono-Ridge Bungalow Improvements – CRN/2026/202 is valued at £633k over nine months. The works include cladding renewal, reroofing, meter-box doors, external lighting, extraction fans, hard-wired smoke detection, handrail repainting and post-completion cleaning.

Supporting older and disabled residents, Renfrewshire Council’s Adaptation and Small Repair Service – East Renfrewshire Council will initially run for 12 months, with its value undisclosed. One provider will receive four contracts covering adaptation-related support and small repair or handyperson services across Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire, including advice, grant assistance, contractor coordination, inspections and minor household repairs.

Enabling safer electrical isolation, Bristol City Council’s PIN – Consumer Electrical Isolation Switches is valued at £4.4m over 36 months, although the engagement deadline has passed. The requirement covers the supply and installation of isolation switches in individual homes and communal areas, supported by photographic records, labelling checks and electrical test results.

Protecting domestic and public buildings, Fife Council’s Sprinkler Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs is valued at £624k over 48 months. The proposed framework is divided into domestic and non-domestic lots covering housing, sheltered accommodation, high-rise buildings, schools, care homes, offices, leisure centres and other council facilities.

Delivering new residential accommodation, SettleParadigm Housing Group’s PIN – Redevelopment at Newells is valued at £5m over 19 months. The forthcoming build contract will cover the construction of 15 flats.

Enabling wider estate regeneration, Barking and Dagenham London Borough’s Gascoigne Estate Demolition of Five Tower Blocks is valued at £5m over nine months. The contract covers the phased demolition of Crispe House, Fiske Court, Oban House, Tasker House and Earlsdown House, including asbestos management, site controls, environmental measures and associated enabling works.

Providing specialist access solutions, Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd’s Scaffolding Framework – AP25171 is valued at £1.7m over an initial 24 months. Up to two suppliers will provide scaffold design, erection, inspection, alteration, maintenance and dismantling across Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties, with extensions available to a maximum five-year term and a £2.04m value including VAT.

Managing property-related insurance cases, Metropolitan Housing Trust (t/a MTVH)’s Surveying & Claims Management Services is valued at £6.4m over 36 months. The provider will manage insured and non-insured repairs, including surveying, claims administration, contractor appointment, works management and contractor payments across MTVH’s operating regions.

Strengthening construction safety assurance, Peabody Trust’s CDM Site Inspections contract is valued at £167k over 24 months. The appointed provider will conduct unannounced inspections to assess site conditions, the management of higher-risk activities and compliance with approved risk assessments and method statements.
