Supporting accessible and independent living, Lambeth London Borough’s PIN – Home Improvement Agency, Aid and Adaptations Procurement Opportunity is valued at £7.2m over 35 months. The proposed two-lot requirement covers wet rooms, specialist bathing equipment, accessibility adaptations and ramp installations across all housing tenures, with prospective bidders required to register on the Lambeth DPS.

Maintaining essential adaptations in council homes, Harrow London Borough’s Provision of Specialist Repairs for Disabled Wet Rooms within Council Properties has a maximum estimated value of £1.8m. The contract will run for an initial 48 months, with an optional 24-month extension, and will provide repairs that improve accessibility, resident safety and independent living.

Protecting and improving housing exteriors, Magna Housing’s External Decoration (PPR) Contract 2027–2030 – MGN0200 is valued at £1.53m over 36 months. The procurement covers an external decoration programme commencing in 2027, with tenders evaluated on 55% price and 45% quality.

Renewing external doors across council-owned homes, Newcastle City Council’s Supply and Install One-off Replacement Doors External Doors and Associated Works is listed at £1.21m over 29 months. The appointed contractor will supply and install approximately 250–350 front and rear doors annually, together with associated works, across Newcastle upon Tyne.

Improving domestic heating efficiency, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council’s Installation of Central Heating Systems & Boiler Replacement (H799) will run for 60 months, with its value undisclosed. The contract covers the replacement of inefficient boilers and electric storage heaters with high-efficiency gas systems, including installations intended to help targeted council homes achieve a minimum EPC rating of C.

Preparing a major regional maintenance programme, The Guinness Partnership’s PIN – Mechanical & Electrical, and Plumbing Servicing and Capital Works is valued at £65.55m. Six regional contracts will cover servicing, repairs and installations for domestic and communal M&E and water systems under an initial five-year term, with two further five-year extension periods available.

Strengthening building and resident safety, Northamptonshire Partnership Homes’ Fire Safety Works is valued at approximately £14.95m over an initial 36 months, with extensions of up to two years. Five lots cover active fire protection, fire-door inspections, passive fire protection, firefighting systems and fire-risk consultancy, with multiple contractors appointed across the East and West regions for the first three lots.

Treating damp and timber deterioration in council housing, Renfrewshire Council’s Measured Term Contract Rot Eradication, Timber Preservation and Dampness Control has a maximum four-year value of £11m. The initial 24-month contract covers surveys and specialist treatments for rot, woodworm, timber infestation and dampness in occupied and void properties, with two optional 12-month extensions.

Modernising healthcare accommodation, Southern Health and Social Care Trust’s Saint Lukes Hospital Armagh – Accommodation Block Refurb – SO6673028B-C26GC003 is valued at £575k over four months. The project includes an accessible ground-floor extension, full internal refurbishment, external landscaping and associated structural, mechanical, electrical and general building works.

Replacing deteriorated infrastructure, Ipswich Borough Council’s Retaining Wall Replacement – Cambridge Drive is valued at £332k. The contract comprises an initial six-month construction period, with a possible three-month extension and a 12-month defects period; tender submissions are due by 23 September 2026.

Enabling a major new neighbourhood, Guildford Borough Council’s PIN – Weyside Urban Village – Phase 4 Enabling Works and Infrastructure concerns two future contracts supporting a wider development of approximately 1,550 homes. The packages cover demolition, site clearance, investigations, land remediation, drainage, utilities, highways, street lighting, landscaping and related infrastructure, although the anticipated values have not yet been disclosed.

Providing independent assurance across housing operations, Peabody Trust’s Health and Safety Audits Framework is valued at £400k over 36 months. Two providers will be appointed to audit areas including asbestos, fire safety, lifting equipment, planned maintenance, water safety, occupational health, community facilities and maintenance operations across Peabody’s social housing activities.

Testing options for town-centre housing development, Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council’s PIN – Heywood Residential Study – Questionnaire is an 11-month opportunity being developed with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. The soft-market exercise seeks industry feedback on two residential development options following completion of a RIBA Stage 1 feasibility study, with the estimated value currently undisclosed.
