The three-lot framework covers general building services, electrical works and roller-shutter doors, including planned and reactive jobs valued at up to £5k across 134 dwellings and more than 450 agricultural buildings.

Connecting regional suppliers with procurement opportunities, Falkirk Council’s PIN – Forth Valley Meet the Real Buyer 2026 relates to a free event at Forth Valley College on 17 September 2026. Organised with Stirling and Clackmannanshire councils, the event will enable businesses and third-sector organisations to discuss future contracts, supply-chain opportunities and subcontracting requirements with public and private-sector buyers.

Maintaining heating safety across approximately 9,500 council homes, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s Gas Maintenance Services is valued at £30m over 120 months. Two contractors will serve geographical North and South lots, covering annual gas-safety checks, heating repairs, boiler and central-heating installations, smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, air-source heat pumps, void-property checks and out-of-hours services.

Strengthening electrical compliance in council housing, Croydon London Borough’s PMI Electrical Contract is valued at £75m over 132 months, with estimated expenditure of £7.5m annually and no guaranteed volume. The contract covers cyclical electrical testing, servicing, maintenance, remedial works, upgrades and compliance activities across residential properties and communal buildings.

Improving passive fire protection, Amplius’s Provision of Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Doors is valued at £4.58m over an initial 36 months, with a further one-year extension available. The JCT contract covers the supply, installation and maintenance of fire doors across Amplius properties, with site visits scheduled for 1 October 2026.

Protecting residents and buildings across Wales, Wales & West Housing Association Ltd.’s Servicing, Testing & Maintenance of Sprinkler Systems is valued at £1m over 24 months. The requirement is divided into North, West and South Wales lots and covers annual servicing, testing and maintenance to ensure the continued reliability of fire-sprinkler systems.

Expanding renewable-energy provision, Arbour Housing’s Design, Supply, Installation and Integration of Solar Photovoltaic Systems to 150 Properties is valued at £750k over four months. The project will install integrated solar PV systems at 150 social homes across Portadown, Lurgan, Banbridge, Newry, Lisburn, Hilden and Belfast.

Servicing automated access equipment, Herefordshire Council’s Power Door Gates and Barriers PPM is listed at £160k over 24 months. A single supplier will undertake planned maintenance, statutory inspections, reactive attendance and remedial support for powered doors, gates and barriers across council properties, although the procurement documents separately state that the contract must end if total expenditure exceeds £5k.

Providing responsive security support, South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council’s PIN – Locksmith Services will run for 24 months, with its value undisclosed. The contract will serve allotments managed by the Green Space Team, the Town Hall, Housing Plus sites and other council buildings on an ad hoc basis.

Shaping a future strategic property-services model, The Guinness Partnership’s PIN – Provision of Facilities Management & Associated Services – Questionnaire concerns a proposed 60-month Total Facilities Management arrangement. The requirement could combine hard and soft FM, compliance, reactive maintenance, commercial-unit fit-outs, energy management and improved asset intelligence across more than 170 non-residential sites, with limited use for complex or urgent domestic-property requirements.

Unlocking housing-led regeneration in Bury, Transport for Greater Manchester’s Funder Selection Procurement for a Housing Opportunity at Bury Interchange is valued at £40m over 53 months. The appointed residential funder will finance, deliver and operate a mid-density apartment development as part of the wider interchange redevelopment, with bidders invited to propose the most suitable tenure mix.

Securing a council-operated site, Leeds Building Services (LBS)’s 58a Bridge Street – Installation of Palisade Fencing is valued at £30k over one month. The subcontract opportunity covers the supply and installation of palisade fencing at 58a Bridge Street in Morley.

Adapting a home for accessible living, East Ayrshire Council’s Proposed Alterations and Extension – 2 Woodbank Road (PRJ0013295) – PS-26-170 will run for approximately three months, with its value undisclosed. The works include a single-storey extension containing a bedroom and wet room, a tracking hoist, an external ramp, new openings, internal alterations, decoration, drainage and associated mechanical and electrical services.
