The proposed contract covers planned, reactive and emergency drainage works throughout Cornwall, including blockage clearance, high-pressure jetting, CCTV surveys, tankering, waste disposal, flooding response and associated repairs.

Addressing identified fire-safety risks, SettleParadigm Housing Group’s PIN – FRA Remediation Works is valued at £2.75m over 60 months. The future contract will deliver fire-stopping and associated remedial works arising from fire risk assessments across the group’s property portfolio.

The requirement covers planned servicing, emergency breakdown attendance, repairs, LOLER-related support, condition surveys, lifecycle planning, modernisation and potential refurbishment or replacement of passenger lifts and specialist lifting equipment across Cornwall.

Increasing the supply of affordable homes, Triangle Housing Association Ltd.’s Land, Design and Build Competition August 2026 is valued at £4.62m over 26 months. Inspecting high-rise residential buildings, Leeds City Council’s Steeplejack and Roofing Surveys including Minor Repairs of Multi Storey Flats has a maximum value of £1.2m. The initial 36-month contract covers annual steeplejack and roof inspections of approximately 103 blocks, together with specialist-access surveys, testing, removal of loose materials and minor external-fabric repairs, with a further 12-month extension available.

Preparing a major planning submission, Gloucester City Council’s Architect / Planning – Wessex House – GCC024 is valued at £188k over four months. The appointed lead architect will coordinate and subcontract the required professional disciplines to prepare and submit a full planning application for the former Wessex House site.

Strengthening fire-safety assurance, Coastline Housing Ltd.’s PIN – Fire Risk Assessment is valued at £100k over 36 months. The requirement covers fire risk assessments across corporate buildings and communal housing areas, independent advice for new-build and refurbishment projects, scheduled reassessments, remedial recommendations and maintenance of a live action register, including approximately 140 residential blocks across Cornwall.
