Strengthening responsive maintenance across its housing stock, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s WHC – Housing Maintenance Repairs contract is valued at £80m over 120 months. The East Anglia procurement will cover responsive repairs and associated services across approximately 9,500 properties, with the requirements grouped into a single lot.

Returning a void property to use, Stroud District Council’s Major Voids Refurbishments – 9 Bunting Way, Forest Green, Nailsworth, GL6 0TQ is valued at £90k over five months. The South West project covers comprehensive refurbishment, structural repairs, adaptations and compliance works required to make the property safe, modern and lettable.

Supporting residents within their own homes, South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust’s Supply and Installation of Occupational Therapy Handrails and Associated Aids within Patients’ Homes throughout the South Eastern HSC Trust – 6720608 will initially run for 60 months, with its value undisclosed. The Northern Ireland contract includes an option to extend by up to a further 36 months.

Installing modern heating systems in council homes, Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises Ltd’s NAB – Gas & Heating System Installs is valued at £600k over 12 months. The West Midlands contractor will operate as a subcontractor to NABCEL, delivering programmed and ad-hoc gas heating replacements across Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council’s stock of approximately 5,500 properties.

Clarifying an earlier procurement record, Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA)’s Lifts Servicing and Maintenance contract is valued at £900k over 24 months. The East Midlands notice is not a live opportunity or call for competition. It confirms that an earlier UK12 termination notice was issued in error, no award has yet been made and NCHA intends to publish a UK6 award notice following its completed evaluation.

Modernising communal security infrastructure, Trent & Dove Housing Ltd.’s Door Entry Systems – ID691 is listed at £500k over an initial 36 months. The West Midlands contract covers servicing, inspections, repairs and lifecycle surveys for access controls, CCTV, alarms, warden-call systems, powered doors, gates and associated equipment. The notice separately indicates a maximum value of approximately £600k over 60 months, including extensions.

Preparing a comprehensive property-services contract, Mid Sussex District Council’s PIN – Hard Facilities Management Services – Questionnaire is valued at £2.4m over an initial 48 months. The South East requirement may cover planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, mechanical and electrical services, fire safety, water hygiene, lifts, heating, building fabric, drainage, emergency call-outs and minor works across approximately 118 properties. Two optional 12-month extensions are proposed.

Improving the external environment of housing estates, Cardiff Council’s Framework for Environmental & External Improvements is valued at £6.36m over a maximum 48 months, beginning with an initial 24-month term. One contractor will deliver courtyard, boundary, highway, footway, garage, fire-safety, alley-gating, landscaping, drainage, lighting, security and wider regeneration improvements across Welsh council estates.

Upgrading 13 homes in Belfast, Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s Horn Drive Improvement Works – P0407 is valued at £370k over 18 months. The Northern Ireland project covers removal of existing façade panels, construction of insulated cavity walls, replacement windows and doors, improved cavity-wall insulation and associated accessibility works across properties on Horn Drive, Horn Walk and Doon Road.

Renewing residential roofs in Swansea, Swansea City and County’s Contract for Tudno and Heol Emrys Re-Roofing and Associated Works is valued at £550k over nine months. The Welsh contract covers reroofing and associated works at properties located in Tudno and Heol Emrys.

Providing integrated regeneration advice, Department for Communities’ Strategic Planning Services Framework 2026 is valued at £800k over 24 months. One consultant-led team will provide strategic planning, financial, legal, architectural, conservation, property, transport, masterplanning and urban-design advice across Northern Ireland. Individual commissions will be awarded through NEC4 work orders and time-charge orders on an ad-hoc basis.

Planning Luton’s transition to low-carbon energy, Luton Borough Council’s Local Energy Plan – AT1498 is valued at £100k over 12 months. The East Anglia consultancy will develop a borough-wide energy plan covering heat, power and transport to 2050, including system modelling, stakeholder-led scenarios, costed interventions, carbon savings and a prioritised implementation programme.
