Enabling greater independence for disabled residents, Brent London Borough’s Disabled Facilities Adaptations – DN805651 RESID 2526-106 is valued at £3.6m over 48 months. Two framework contractors will deliver wet rooms, stairlifts, ramps, handrails, accessible entrances, door alterations, improved lighting, heating controls and minor electrical works across council homes in Greater London.

Maintaining heating safety across council homes, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s Gas Maintenance Services contract is valued at £30m over 120 months. The East Anglia requirement covers approximately 9,500 properties and includes annual gas checks, heating and hot-water repairs, boiler and system installations, detector checks, heat-pump maintenance, void-property testing, emergency works and an out-of-hours service.

Consolidating property compliance services, Newark and Sherwood District Council’s Property Safety and Compliance Check Service and Maintenance Contract – NSDC-1705 is valued at £7.4m over an initial 48 months. The fully inclusive East Midlands contract covers gas, electrical, oil, solid-fuel, heat-pump, LPG, cylinder, boiler, detection and renewable-system checks, servicing and repairs, with operational support for remedial works and voids. A further 12-month extension is available.

Modernising vertical transport, Sutton London Borough’s Provision of Lift Replacement, Lift Modernisation and Ongoing Maintenance is valued at £3m over 60 months. The Greater London contract covers removing and replacing existing installations, installing new lifts, modernising retained equipment and providing ongoing maintenance, with all systems required to be durable, low-maintenance, open-protocol and legally compliant.

Protecting escape routes across public buildings, Staffordshire County Council’s Emergency Lighting Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Services framework is valued at £1m over 24 months. One supplier will provide annual inspections, testing and round-the-clock fault attendance for emergency luminaires, illuminated signs and batteries across approximately 471 corporate, education, care, civic and emergency-service properties in the West Midlands. Several district councils may also make call-offs.

Replacing an existing residential lift, Wales & West Housing Association Ltd.’s Lift Replacement – Gerddir Ffynnon is valued at £160k over three months. The Welsh project covers dismantling and disposing of the current equipment and designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning a new single-lift installation.

Creating a major route for housing construction, Codi Group (formerly Pobl Group)’s PIN – Construction Framework is valued at £750m over 36 months. The planned Welsh framework will appoint principal contractors across multiple lots and may be used for call-off contracts by Codi Group, its subsidiaries, Ateb Group, Tai Hedyn and United Welsh Housing Association.

Transforming a major west London estate, Hounslow London Borough’s PIN – Convent Way Estate Regeneration is valued at £300m over 164 months. The phased Greater London scheme proposes approximately 550–568 homes, including reprovision of 250 existing social-rent properties, additional affordable housing and later market homes. The council is also considering interim roofing and concrete repairs worth up to £5m.

Delivering an additional council home, Mid Devon District Council’s Exon Buildings Development – MD26103 is valued at £290k over 14 months. The South West contract covers the construction of a detached three-bedroom house on council-owned land adjacent to 5 Exon Buildings.

Renewing roofs and adding renewable technology, Swansea City and County’s Contract for Renewal of Rooves and Installation of PV Panels is valued at £55k over four months. The Welsh project covers roofing renewal and solar photovoltaic installations at four residential properties on Gwynfor Road in Cockett, Swansea.

Keeping external building assets maintained, Partick Housing Association Ltd.’s Gutter Cleaning, Solar Cleaning & Roof Inspection Works 2026–2029 will initially run for 36 months, with its value undisclosed. The Scottish contract covers gutter and solar-panel cleaning, roof inspections and slope-mounted anchor testing, with two optional annual extensions providing a maximum 60-month term.

Assessing commercial-property energy performance, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing’s Non-Domestic EPCs contract is valued at £15k over an initial 24 months. The North West service covers Energy Performance Certificates for shops, community facilities, offices, stores and other non-domestic properties, including appointment management and prompt EPC lodgement. Two optional 12-month extensions are available.

Connecting housing organisations with specialist advisers, South East Consortium’s PIN – Consultancy Framework – Questionnaire will run for 48 months, with its value undisclosed. The UK-wide framework will cover consultancy for compliance, asset management, development, heating and zero-carbon programmes. Preliminary market engagement sessions for compliance, asset and development consultants are scheduled for 4 and 5 November 2026.

Supporting new-build and refurbishment delivery, Dalmuir Park Housing Association Ltd.’s Development Consultant and Clerk of Works framework will initially run for 24 months, with its consultancy value undisclosed. The Scottish appointment will support an estimated £9.5m programme comprising approximately 32 new homes and refurbishment of an existing office building. Two optional 12-month extensions provide a maximum 48-month term.
