Planning future kitchen investment, North Yorkshire Council’s PIN – Kitchen Replacement Works – Questionnaire is valued at £6.5m and listed with a 36-month tenure, although the market engagement refers to a potential five-year contract. The Yorkshire and the Humber programme will cover planned capital replacements and ad-hoc kitchen works arising from disrepair cases or complaints, divided into two geographical lots.

Delivering coordinated home upgrades, WATMOS Community Homes’ Kitchens and Bathrooms Installation Scheme is valued at £4.17m over 60 months. Two lots cover Walsall and Greater London estates, with approximately 1,000 kitchen or bathroom installations anticipated across the contract. Works include electrical provision, mechanical ventilation, flooring, decoration and resident-selected layouts, with around 100 installations expected annually in each region.

Returning vacant homes to use, Dover District Council’s Void Works – Major Projects is valued at £160k over three months. The South East contract covers refurbishment works to four vacant council-owned dwellings, preparing the properties for future occupation. Tenders will be evaluated on 80% price and 20% quality.

Renewing essential external components, Dover District Council’s Sunny Corner Window and Door Replacement (Site Visits from 16.09.2026 to 07.10.2026) is valued at £120k over six months. The South East project covers replacement windows and doors at Sunny Corner, with optional site visits available throughout the tender period and evaluation based on 80% price and 20% quality.

Modernising kitchens in occupied homes, Cairn Housing Association Ltd.’s Caithness Kitchens 2026 – 2028 will run for eight months, with its value undisclosed. The Scottish programme covers 96 kitchen replacements across Thurso and Wick, comprising 51 installations during 2026–27 and 45 during 2027–28.

Improving bathroom standards, Cairn Housing Association Ltd.’s Caithness Bathrooms 2026 will run for four months, with its value undisclosed. The Scottish works comprise bathroom replacements in 29 occupied social homes, including 28 properties in Thurso and one in Wick. Tenders will be evaluated on 70% price and 30% quality.

Creating access to specialist trades, Ayrshire Housing’s Small Works Framework will run for 48 months, with its value undisclosed. Seven Scottish lots cover windows and doors, roofing and rendering, drainage, grounds maintenance and fencing, medical adaptations, damp and mould and multi-trade works. Requirements will include ad-hoc repairs, void works, wet rooms, ventilation, door-entry systems, play-area repairs and other minor property improvements.

Scaling up fire remediation capacity, Southern Housing’s Fire Remedial Frameworks is valued at £200m excluding VAT, equivalent to £240m including VAT, over 48 months. Two frameworks cover low-value projects suited to SMEs and higher-value schemes for larger suppliers across five English regions. Four contractors are expected per lot, with an option to appoint five, and awards will be based on 60% quality and 40% price.

Strengthening fire-systems compliance, North Yorkshire Council’s PIN – Fire Safety and Alarm Monitoring – Questionnaire is valued at £175k over 24 months. The proposed Yorkshire and the Humber contract will provide comprehensive maintenance and call-out services for fire equipment, alarms and emergency lighting across housing sites, mainly in Harrogate, Selby and Richmondshire, together with alarm monitoring, keyholding and emergency attendance.

Unlocking a heritage-led housing site, Northumberland County Council’s Hexham Middle School – Development Partner – NCC1542 is valued at £50m over 60 months. The North East partner will deliver a mixed residential development incorporating affordable housing and extra-care accommodation, refurbishment of listed heritage buildings, demolition of non-listed structures, a community garden and ongoing site management.

Expanding social housing supply in Omagh, Choice’s Omagh Area Land, Design and Build – PRN26119 is valued at £7.1m over 18 months. Developers will provide land and design and construct Northern Ireland social housing schemes of up to 40 homes each. Multiple contracts may be awarded, meaning total delivery could exceed 40 homes, subject to funding and accommodation-mix approval.

Bringing forward new homes in Lurgan, Choice’s Lurgan Area Land Design and Build is valued at £6.5m over 18 months. The Northern Ireland competition seeks developers able to supply land and deliver social housing schemes of up to 35 homes each in accordance with statutory and Choice design requirements. Multiple awards may be made, subject to funding and housing-need approval.

Preparing an 11-home development, Thurrock Borough Council’s PIN – Anton Road (North & South) – Principal Contractor for the Development of 11 New Build Units is valued at £3.61m over 24 months. This East Anglia pipeline notice provides advance information about a potential future principal-contractor opportunity and is not currently a market-engagement exercise or call for competition.

Guiding town-centre regeneration from design to completion, Test Valley Borough Council’s Procurement of Design Led Multi-Disciplinary Team – South of Romsey Town Centre Regeneration Project is valued at £2.3m over 60 months. The appointed South East consultant or consortium will prepare the design specification and support delivery through to RIBA Stage 7 under a Competitive Flexible Procedure, with evaluation based on 70% quality and 30% cost.
